I just sold an item on Friday 12/22. It will not let me leave feedback for the buyer.

When I click on the auction, click leave feedback, I get this message "

We can't find this transaction. Please check your transactions to give feedback."

If I click "Leave Feedback" from my seller dashboard, the link to leave feedback opens, but when I click save I get this message "We ran into a problem saving your feedback. Please close the page and try again."

Why can't I leave feedback. This is a new buyer with only 1 feedback so far. They were excited to win the auction, and I wanted to leave them positive feedback.

I have been having this problem for over a week now, but just one one item I sold. The item shipped on June 10th that;s when I tried to leave feedback for the first time. It was delivered on June 13th. Still can't leave feedback. I've spoken with eBay reps twice now and they have not been able to resolve the problem. Supposedly it was elevated to a higher tech support, but still no resolution. I can't leave feedback from any of the pages that have the option to leave feedback. On my Feedback page it shows items that I have not left feedback for but this item is missing from that list. I tried ebay.ca and get the same error messages there. It's only for one transaction as I was able to leave feedback for another one that sold after this one and one that sold before. . The buyer did not use a guest account.

Any insight as to why this is happening?

Same problem here. I am a 15 year seller and have checked every thing, so don't ask or tell me to check whatever.

What I want to say is that my buyer bought books. I shipped media mail. Could it be that eBay is cracking down on the idiots that use media mail falsely????? I have purchased things on eBay that did not qualify but was shipped via media mail anyway.

Is anybody else having this problem that you shipped via media mail???

I shipped my item via USPS Ground Advantage. They were art/drafting pencils shipped to Las Vegas, Nevada, if that makes a difference. This person has been a member since 2022 and has received 25 positive feedback's just this past month.
