Listings Page Will Not Load

I can not get my listing tool to work. I tried multiple browsers, cleaned cookies and catch, all that, reset my internet, re-installed my web browsers, and still I get a "Oops we looked everywhere message"

Any help would be appreciated, I am about to re install windows and factory reset my laptop. I have an HP Spectre x360. Windows 11.

Listings Page Will Not Load

Some users -- but by no means all -- seem to be having the same "Where's all the stuff" problem when listing, but the site does not actually go down despite the message you are seeing or problems you are having after seeing those errors.

If you are using a VPN, try disabling it before beginning to list. That has worked for some users, apparently. Try listing with fewer images as well.

More suggestions of possible things to try here:

@toysfurniturelamps

A lot of us have had this trouble over the last 6 weeks.

I've found that (in my case) either of the following makes the listing page work:

  • turn off VPN and re-login to ebay
  • if your listing has more than 5-6 pictures, add only 3-4 to the listing and save the draft, then add the next group and save the draft, etc.

As you can see from these suggestions, the problem seems to be connected to saving a draft in which more than half a dozen photos have been added. (It's not the number of photos in the listing, its the number of photos added since the last draft was saved.) Saving a draft with a large video file appears not to trigger the problem.
