Hi all - My Summary page now shows a listing of any item that I am watching that the seller has extended an Offer on. I tend to watch quite a few items and this is really annoying. I do not see a way to arrange my Summary page to remove this "Offers" section. The problem is that it wants me to actively decline the offer or else it stays there until the offer expires and only then does it allow me to delete it. I don't like it when Ebay makes me do "busy work" - I would rather just not see this at all - my Messages are already flooded with the same information. Anyone know how I can remove it?
Thank you.

One possibility to avoid such offers on that page is to set your Watch List as your My eBay landing page instead of your Summary.
Or else bookmark a link such as this one and use it to view your Summary page:
https://www.ebay.com/myb/Summary#WatchListContainer?sortId=25&ipp=25&Filter=1&cmid=1438
Another possibility: use an ad blocker with an element hiding tool to hide the Offers section of the Summary page.

I know this thread is over a year old, but I agree 100% with your analysis of this obnoxious trend facilitated by eBay... I should be able to block, reject, or delete such annoying offers in bulk. As someone who is trying to purchase a few items on eBay ( I stopped selling here years ago), this is simply creating more aversion towards eBay as a whole. Placing items in my watchlist does not mean "send me endless offers".
Quite frankly, eBay's interface just gets more annoying and convoluted every year.

You can opt out of receiving offers by changing your Communication Preferences here:
https://commspreferences.ebay.com/commsprefs
The setting is located under Buying Activity, "Offers to Buyers". Uncheck that box and save your preferences to stop receiving offers.

This has NOTHING to do with "offers to buyers". This is eBay's idiot, desperate staff, watching every place you visit on their piece off garbage site, and telling the sellers that you visited, then the sellers send you offers, and the desperate morons at eBay won't let you delete them. Then you have to stare at them on your summary page for 5 days until it expires. DESPERATE MORONS!!!!!!!
