Moderation is done by Khoros -- the company that runs the community pages -- not by eBay.
If you just want to vent, that is fine.
If actually want someone to read your post and respond or do something, you may want to include some details of what particular change you are upset with.
eBay changes lots of things and rarely provides much of an explanation. Others can only speculate that the changes have something to do with money, and that some things need to be upgraded from time to time and it often make more sense to rewrite the code entirely rather than modify the existing code to run on a new server. When code gets rewritten, some things may not work exactly the same, and some features may be changed, lost or broken.
Many pages have a "Tell us what you think" link to let page developers know how you feel about changes or to alert them to broken features.
