I have had this problem for a few weeks now. Called eBay and they are "Working on it". If I need to see the view count I need to refresh the page (F5) about 4 to 10 times to get it. I depend on the count to know if I should lower my price, list a similar item, etc. Just keep hitting F5 and sooner or later you get the count. If enough people do that eBay might fix it.
