Which browser are you using? Any difference if you use another?
If so, try clearing cache and manually deleting eBay cookies in the original browser.
If you are using the "Price plus shipping: lowest first" sort order, try using a different sort order. In some cases, for certain keywords, that sort will produce only sixty or so results. How many you see may depend on your default items per page setting.
