Since 12/18/2022 I have not been able to upload a video to my listings. It starts to upload, gets to 4% then states Video upload failed. Please try again. Contacted ebay on 12/18/2022 stated there was a known issue with this and they are working on it. Tried again this morning, 12/20/2022, same error. This is a busy holiday week and we need those videos on our listings. eBay needs to give their sellers an update on this issue since this is possibly effecting our sales. Have seen many post concerning this problem with no response from eBay.
