I've been having issues for awhile but assumed it was just due to the general bugginess of ebay's web and android applications and the fact that they feel the need to push unnecessary cosmetic changes to production without doing sufficient (any?) QA.
However I got curious and googled this issue and found one that started in ----|||[[[[ 2021! ]]]||| ---- and still hasn't gotten fixed. However some ebay mod "helpfully" closed that post in October of this year. I suppose you don't want it obvious that bugs don't get fixed here.

As for my experience: in all types of pages that are under the "listing" heading on the overview page, I run into these issues. Sometimes certain parts of the listing page won't load. Using the inbuilt LLM to generate some info for the description can take ages or just not finish at all. Sometimes images will perpetually not get added to my listing. I will occasionally notice before I hit "list it" and see that every single image I'm trying to add still has the spinning circle after filling out all the other information for the listing. Usually waiting does nothing. I have to try to list it to kick it out of limbo which will then return an error that I haven't added any photos. Usually trying again at this point will allow me to add photos though it may happen with the very next listing.
Also, I've seen this happen in terapeak where I'm researching prices and it will just say an error occurred with the server or just be stuck loading perpetually.
If you are also experiencing this issue, maybe we can come up with a band-aid fix for ourselves at least. Please add a comment with this information:

Let me know if you'd like me to add other questions. Also, if you don't know how to check your RAM and CPU usage - right click the task bar in a spot with no icons. Click "Task Manager" in the box that pops up. Click "more details" at the bottom left. Under processes or performance you can see current usage levels.

Is CPU & memory usage high or normal?: CPU usage is rather low, memory usage is medium but at a normal level (46%)
How often does this happen?: Nearly every day that I list or work on my listings
For how long has this been happening?: Definitely over a year, probably 2-3 or longer
Operating System: Windows 10
Other notes you'd like to add: On yet another old post on the ebay forums about this problem, someone claimed that this was because of people not using an adblocker (and seemed very confident that they were right). I had already tried turning my adblocker off for ebay in an attempt to fix the problem some time ago so that is not a solution - adblocker being on or off makes no difference.
