Video's from iPhone 16 pro max will not upload to listings.

I finally figured out why my video's for listing does not get process. I proved it by using my wife's iPhone 15 Pro Max that still works. I see the resolution is 3840 x 2160 so I exported to 1080 x 1920, but it still will not load. Please help.
