Vertical Scroll Bar

When I try to view an item, the vertical scroll bar on the right hand side disappears.  This does not happen on the main page or in my ebay, only when I try to go directly to any item.

Others are experiencing the same thing.

Possible workarounds or ways to avoid the issue:

Using Firefox

Using arrow keys, page up/page down, or mouse scroll wheel to scroll up and down

Using a mobile browser or a browser on a touchscreen device
