Verify Account When Signing Out

Why do I have to verify my account when I go to sign out ?

I am signing in on the community page  on first try with no captcha, then going to my ebay via bookmarked summary  page without captchas being encountered. I do all of my sign in/out via community page now and have not encountered a captcha anywhere except ebay.com side of the server farm. Last night it was still giving me captchas on sign out at ebay.com servers as well as sign in there.

Signing in on the community page was working great but today after I logged out of mt other account and when I went to sign into this account I had to do the verification clicking on the pictures twice. This is getting ridiculous. Ebay really needs to fix this issue.

It is messed up but somehow different for sure.   Signing in on eBay.com working today okay, but sign in on community shifts to an eBay.com log in page and captcha, then returns to community display after verification. Same captcha with the 3 or 4 ice cream cones they have been using for over a month. eBay  really knows how to #### bleep up stuff.

The last few days signing in on ebay community has been working. It is mind boggling how ebay techs can mess things up like they do or not be capable of fixing issues.
