Vat error from ebay

Vat amount sent from ebay as information before accepting an offer from a seller does not match with the vat in my final amount I paid for when I accepted the offer .So how to proceed to get my money back?

It's not an error. eBay says the Import Fee is an estimate and final charges may not be known until checkout.
