Uploading photo error

Is anyone else having issues uploading photos for their listings. I have been selling since 2006 and this morning I cannot upload any photos, old one or new ones. Below is the error message I keep getting. Any help would be appreciated!

You dont specify the image file format you are trying to upload, or which OS/Browser you are using.

Is the photo on the list of supported image file types?

Try adding one of the photos to this thread and perhaps someone can better debug what is happening.

I just added pictures of type JPG and PNG on a Windows 11 PC using Edge Browser without any error.

Thanks for your input. I use Jpeg files. I have used the same format uploading images on Ebay since 2006 without any problem. I have tried Edge and Firefox browsers and still the error appears.  Below is a screen shot of the error. I talked with Ebay this morning and they have started a ticket. Hopefully the problem is resolved soon.

I just began getting the same error messages when uploading pictures, I have never had trouble until recently and I'm not doing anything different.

Got same problem.  VERY frustrating.  Been using same machine for many years and no problem loading photos.  Started about 3-4 weeks ago.  I get a shadow of the pictures with the little blue wheel that keeps on turning.   Also sometimes the system just crashes back to previous upload.  Hope they can fix USP.

I'm having same issue. It doesn't matter what file type I specify (jpg, jpeg,png...), eBay stopped allowing photos to be uploaded as part of a listing. This started a couple of weeks ago. I have been doing nothing different. Without photos it i really hard to sell.

It's bad IMO for any tech to close a ticket like this, knowing full well the issue still exists.  I'm trying this with JPEGs averaging 650kb and it still fails.  If this is a feature you no longer support, just reply and say that.  We work hard to make our stores function and these tools not working make it considerably harder.  

Please assist or tell us you can't,

Ebay no longer cares about their sellers, just here for the fees.

I am using Firefox and Windows 11. I have not had any issues using other photos taken at the same time. All my photos are JPG. This is pretty bizarre.
