Uploading from third party sites

We upload items from TIAS.com to ebay.  When trying to switch ebay accounts (seller ids) we get to an ebay page that says the page we are directed to on TIAS.com is missing on ebay. We still need a different token sent from ebay to TIAS.com to enable us to upload to a different ebay account (seller ids). Is there a solution ?

I'm unfamiliar with the 3rd party site you mentioned so I looked for it on eBay's list of 3rd party providers and did not see it.  Could that be the reason for the problem?  Here's the link to the information:
