Hello, if anyone can shed some light I’d much appreciate as I’m going to end up ripping my hair out over this
U have my own website/hosting paid for to use for bulk uploading listings (100-200 at a time) via file upload (csv files)
this was working great for a month and suddenly over the last 2 weeks when I overwrite the file on my website and upload new listings with that same file name.. eBay is incorrectly uploading the previous photo
the website is showing the correct photo, but eBay is completely wrong.. I’ve deleted caches tried different browsers and still it’s happening.. not every listing but maybe like 50 out of each 100-200 it’s absolutely crazy 😞
buyers have contacted me about incorrect pictures as well
