Is anyone else constantly getting an email every time they sign in to say " Unusual sign in activity " ? I use ebay a lot as a buyer and sometimes get several emails a day. It is very very annoying and I have run ebay, they say they cannot stop these emails going out; they need to sort this problem out.

Yes, anytime I log into the Community Board. I am guessing Ebay security changed something on their end. Or they are testing something beta.

The emails appear to be a new feature on eBay.
You may get such an email when you sign in using a new browser, or using a new network connection. Or if you sign in to a different eBay country site (UK vs. US, for instance).
If you clear your browser cache, change your IP address, or if your browser is updated, it may appear to eBay that you are signing in with a new device.
You can check your current sign in sessions on the US ebay.com site here:

For the UK ebay.co.uk site, use this link:

I could do without this new feature. Like the questioner, I'm in the UK. I use mobile broadband, so the IP address is always changing. The constant stream of emails is driving me to distraction.
