Are you using the app on a phone or a browser on a PC?
If you are using a phone, make sure your operating system supports the new eBay app, and that you have sufficient memory and storage space available for it.
If you go to Help & Support and search of eBay App, it will give you more info.
If you are using a PC, try another browser, or clear your history and cookies, reboot and try again. Make sure your browser is up to date also.
Check your network or wi-fi connection.
