THIS IS RIDICULOUS! For a month STILL CANNOT LOAD PURCHASE HISTORY! Why can't eBay fix this issue? I can't pay invoices at all and can't verify delivered items. I'm literally done, I will no longer bid on any items from this moment till eBay fixes this problem! I can't afford to risk a non paying bidder report or a missing item that I can't report...
I know this has been frustrating and will be happy to provide an update once I have more information. Thanks everyone for your patience while we get this investigated!

Hey @buddy2008cat I just wanted to let you know that I did some troubleshooting on my end with the issue you are running into. Initially in Mozilla Firefox, I received the same error as you when attempting to view your purchase history. I did not run into the same problem in Google Chrome. Based on the specific error I am receiving when looking at your purchase history, it seemed likely to me that the length of time that the page was taking to load was causing the issue, as the browser believes a problem has occured. I changed the number of displayed items per page for each section (Unpaid items, Unpaid invoices, Orders, etc.) to the minimum of 10, and was able to load the page without a problem. Please let me know if you are still having trouble on your end so I can let the tech teams know.
Additionally, I recommend any other users running into trouble attempt to make the same adjustments and see if the issue is resolved. Keep me posted if this does not work are you are having trouble accessing the options and I'll be happy to reach out individually to offer more assistance!

Really? Reduce the number on your purchase page and it will solve the problem. Sorry, no different. Also, since the script is unresponsive it's almost impossible to change the item count

Hi Trinton...this problem continues for me as well. Has been going on for over a month. Purchase history page loads five or six items and then is completely blank white space underneath that. As a matter of fact, there is no function on that page at all. Once on the Purchase History page I cannot even use the back button to get back on eBay. I have to retype in eBay.com. So not able to change number of items per page either. That work around will not work.
No way to see your unpaid invoices.
I use Safari on Apple Desk top and iPad. Purchase History page does not work on either. I have also done all the obvious...to no avail.
Hoping this will get figured out soon as we really need access to our Purchase History page!
Thanks for your help!
Diane

Still getting the unresponsive script in purchase history using firefox. Once I stop the script, very little works on the purchase history page. Can't change the number of items on the page to 10. Using Chrome, I get the spinning wheel until the page eventually loads. Then I get a message that this page is unresponsive, and I have to kill it. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

Hey @scd_collectibles, I was able to adjust this for you using Mozilla Firefox and clicking continue when the script error appeared. It did take a minute, but everything is set to 10 items now and I have checked in multiple browsers that there is no longer an issue.
@genesispm2012, @slotqueen5x and @aquajoe07011 I have done the same for you at this point and tested to find the error is no longer appearing.
It looks like the maximum number of orders was set to display and some orders contained ten or more items, the page was unable to load everything in detail and was providing an error. I found that if I used Mozilla Firefox or Opera to view these pages and gave it a little time, I was able to make the adjustments. There was an account I needed to select the "Hidden" radial dial at the top of the Orders section on as the 100 orders displayed amounted to over a thousand items attempting to load, in addition to a large number of canceled items, canceled invoices and returns and canceled orders. I wanted to share these steps so you had them available in case you wanted to try and see if your computer was capaable of loading more than 10 (perhaps try 25 to start and see if this works okay). I'm more than happy to continue helping anyone who needs to make an adjustment and is not able to do so on their end due to a limitation of processing power leading to the page freezing.
Keep me posted if you guys need anything else or if you are still having trouble.

Got this same problem - watch list freezes , over a month, EBAY PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM , is not working, what is going on, maybe any explanation to users for something.
@scd_collectibles, @genesispm2012, @slotqueen5x, and @aquajoe07011 I apologize I did not mention this in my last post, but I also lowered the number of items on your respective watch list to 25 and confirmed there was no error any longer. Since the watch list page has only the one section to display, I thought that it could handle a slightly higher default than othe Purchase History sections. Definitely keep me posted if there are any continued issues, I'm more than happy to work on a solution with you all or anyone else running into problems.

I am watching over 25 items, and it does not work on ebay.co.uk but works on ebay.com (same ID). Any suggestions?

I dropped the number of displayed items on your watch list to 25 and didn't run into any issues on either .com or .co.uk in any browser I checked. Keep me posted if you have any other concerns.

I don't want to drop my watch list to 25, as it's works on ebay.com. Why can't ebay.co.uk do the same thing as ebay.com, ebay.de etc?

I'm not running into a problem when viewing your watch list on eBay.co.uk with the maximum number of items set. If you can provide a screenshot of the problem you are running into, I can add this to the report with our tech teams!

So I tried this and it works like a charm- it makes the watch list actually useful again.
but?
No one except the handful of posters here will know about this work around. I'm especially concerned about Buyers getting frustrated and abandoning the site all together.
Since you have isolated the problem, I'm hopeful that eBay is still working to fix it and not relying on this as a solution.
please advise

Thank You Trinton! It may not be ideal to have 9 to 11 pages of orders but at least I can view them and see if any items are missing! I can finally see my invoices! This set up works and I would rather have 10 pages then not be able to view but 5 items. So Thank You for helping! Hopefully tech will find the issue and fix it soon but for now I'm very Happy!!!
