This is not about seller fees. On a Buy-It-Now listing at point of sale, the buyer inexplicably was charged 95 cents less than our listed selling price. There was no Buy-It-Now option, nor did the buyer request any discount. The item was already on sale at time of purchase. Follow up: Per eBay, this is indeed an error. They are giving us a credit and-more importantly-looking into how this happened.
I wonder what the reason will be given to you and the real reason you may never be told. Let me/us know if eBay recommends you block the buyer's ID used in the purchase.
Not so far, and I did have a call from a supervisor looking into this. (BTW-In my post I mistakingly wrote that there was no "Buy It Now" option. It should have read that there was no "Make An Offer" option. Sorry for any confusion!)
