Unable to view active signed in sessions after eBay was illegally hacked

My account was illegally hacked a few months ago. I changed my password on a secure computer, and signed out the other sessions. It was hacked again, with no alerts from email. Ended up securing it, BUT I am now unable to view signed in sessions anymore.

I've tried different browsers, different computers, even different O.S. computers at places other than home - same thing "a problem has occurred", instead of showing me signed in sessions.

I even had a family member try viewing the sessions, and it works just fine for them .

So, for whatever reason eBay removed my ability to view signed in sessions. But they are difficult to contact. I put in the option to have them call me, and it rang for not even one second, and instantly disconnected

It appears that you buy a bit. So, have you considered just starting a new account?

Re: Unable to view active signed in sessions after eBay was illegally hacked

Thanks - I actually called CS this morning and they suggested the same thing about cookies. It's a good suggestion, but I've tried it across multiple computers... even ones at work where I didn't use eBay before, so clearing the cookies would not help here. (And I actually did that recently on both home computers anyway)...

Thanks - that's the plan now, I guess. I have to process a big return soon, so I guess I'll wait on that and then do it.

Thank you for your time

Re: Unable to view active signed in sessions after eBay was illegally hacked

You said you tried different browsers. DID you try OLDER browsers? Like Firefox 52? Might be worth a shot as I'm seeing more and more issues like yours with the latest and greatest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

See here for a relatively painless way to do a portable version of Firefox:
https://community.ebay.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Promoted-Listings-Won-t-Launch-Select/m-p/28391618/hi...

That post discusses Firefox Portable 52.7.3ESR, but %2.7.4ESR was released on 5/1 (probably a security update). Either would work for the purposes of testing to see if you can access your signed in sessions.

I am on FireFox 59.0.1 and the sessions link works fine for me.

Re: Unable to view active signed in sessions after eBay was illegally hacked

Thanks for your concern, but I tried different browsers, different computers at different locations, and different operating systems... same thing. Issue doesn't happen on my family member's account when using Chrome as well.

I'll just delete my account sometime, then re-make.

Thanks for your time
