Unable to use CONTACT MEMBER in ORDERS using Seller Hub

I am trying to use the CONTACT MEMBER in the drop down for an ORDER to advise buyer there would be a delay in shipping.

When I start typing in the text box, the first letter is displayed and then disappears.  I try again and again and the same thing happens.  OK.  I click on the buyer's feedback number and then click on CONTACT MEMBER.  The same thing happens!

I tried clearing cache.  That did not help.

Any suggestions?

Did you get an email address in the PayPal notification?

Try a different browser - works fine for me in Firefox 3.6.24.

No.  Still not working today.  I see that someone else started a thread with the same problem.

I use to use Internet Explorer and now I use Chrome.  Don't want to download yet another browser.

Yes.  This time I did get the buyer's email in my Paypal payment.  Thanks for the suggestion!
