Hello,

I'm having trouble uploading images on my listings. Every photo Im trying to upload gives me the same error:

File corrupted (SD011)

"The file is corrupted.

"Please remove it and upload a valid JPG, GIF, PNG, TIF or BMP file."

The files I'm trying to upload are valid JPG files and i had no such problems before.
I searched on the internet and it seems other people had this problem back in 2015 and 2017, but no one seems to have solution there, so if anyone have a solution, or knows what cause the problem i will be very grateful if he can share it.

Thank you! I use Chrome. Firefox solve the problem!
Now I upload photos of Firefox but I return to Chrome to complete my listing.
I don't speak English language. For that I using Chrome.
Only Chrome, have option "Translate" automatically.
Now everything is OK!!

What browser are you using?

Try a different browser. I have never had those issue using Firefox.
