Unable to respond to messages

Are there problems with Messages on ebay, both mobile and desktop.

Attempting to respnd to messages on both mobile and desktop. Desktop is not loading a response window, pages appears to be trying to load but no response. Mobile is giving a proxy error even when trying to load messages overall.

Same thing happening to me. In app and on mobile website. Haven't tried desktop but I assume the same would happen given what you've described.
