I am having this same problem - unable to pay on eBay w/ cc or PayPal. It has been this way for 2 or 3 months. I have re-entered my info repeatedly, double checking as I go. My cc works fine on all other sites. I called Customer Service, got some confusing info about Chrome (which I did dabble in for a hot minute). I am using my trusty Safari, now. I see some other buyers have had the same problem, going back at least a year. Very disturbing this problem has been affecting so many buyers, for such a long time. Someone must know what is going on. I have been unable to buy anything off eBay all this time. I have had to turn to Amazon (mostly). How many other buyers have been unable to pay for purchases? Sounds like a whole lot of lost sales.
If anyone knows any answers, please respond. I don't want to have to cut eBay out of my choices to shop, but as of now I can't use it.
