Suddenly I can no longer print a copy of my most recent sale's invoice. Printer Friendly version will not print sends nothing to my printer (i.e. no communication). I had to take a photo of the invoice with my cell phone then send it to my desktop in order to print off a copy. Not a user-friendly solution and very time consuming. I've cleared my cache numerous times. I've tried Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox browsers (all browsers are up-to-date) but still cannot print an invoice. Is anyone else experiencing this same technical issue with invoice printing? I am able to print everything else that I wish to print . . . just not an invoice of a recent sale. The "Printer Version" invoice is no longer printer friendly.

Are you able to print the non-printer friendly version of the page?

eBay has two ways to generate an invoice. Try the other one if you have not already:

If you can get to the page preview stage, see if you can save the page as a PDF and open that using a PDF reader.

Or try printing via the system dialog link, if that is an option:

Once I go to Purchase History I cannot print from any Ebay Web Page.

This started this morning. MS Edge Browser.

Works everywhere else.

If you are using Edge browser and having problems printing an eBay item listing, try using Control-Shift-P to print instead of Control-P or using the print menu.

I have had this happen to me and I simply rebooted my computer and it cleared it out

Thank you everyone for taking the time to post your remarks. I knew it was not my computer system that was the problem. Being a computer nerd as I am, I had tried everything possible prior to making this post. It was a technical problem that eBay was working to fix so technical support was aware there was a problem. I just wish Tech Support would make a post that they are experiencing technical difficulties so many of us don't waste time checking everything under the sun only to discover it's not their own computer system that is causing the problem. It would be helpful to check in and see a message that says "We are aware some users may be experiencing technical difficulties and we are working on it!" What say everyone? Do you agree? BTW, apparently they are still experiencing technical difficulties. The only way I can print out the "Printer Friendly Order Details" is to take a photo of it with my cell phone then send the photo to my Desktop and print it off that way. Such a headache! 😞

I am having the same problem. I also thought it was my computer. I wasted over an hour trying different ways to see what was wrong with my computer. I even thought it was my printer. I shut it off and then restarted it. You're right, Ebay should let us know when there are technical problems. They waste so much of our time with problems that are out of our control, by not letting us know it isn't our issue.

Not an answer for a cell phone user yrying to access url and it keeps reverting to app. The fact that we have to as customers talk to each other because ebay doesn't give a crap just shows what communists they are

I was I was using the Yandex browser for a while in order to access my invoices and make a PDF but now it's blocked on Yandex. Ebay doesn't give a crap because there are a bunch of communists and the sellers don't care either
