I have won two auctions from a single seller, but the seller will not ship to my address and the payment will not process. The addresses are all within the US, and I have not experienced any issues reviving packages from similar addresses?
I am trying to get help from the seller to complete the transaction and get shipping resolved, however the seller has not been cooperative.
Can I do something to try and complete the order? If the automatic 5 day Unpaid Item System set up expires, will I receive 2 strikes? Thanks for the insights!
