Unable to pay for item for 36 hours

I accepted an offer. Went to check out and could not pay. Would not accept my 2 credit cards or PayPal account.  All 3 are in working order. Tried all payment methods 4 times on several devices and browsers. The PayPal payment finally went through after locking up the first two times, and a large delay before accepted on the 3rd attempt.

I'm unable to connect through Ebay to PayPal to pay for my purchase just keeps going round in circles back to the login page so annoyed.

same issue for me.  PayPal just keeps cycling and doesn't complete in checkout

If you are running into problems when checking out -- specifically, getting a spinning progress ring immediately after signing in to PayPal -- see this thread for some possible things to try:

Many users experiencing that problem have better results when switching to another browser, or temporarily disabling ad blocking and cross-site tracker blocking on eBay and PayPal, or else using a mobile browser or the eBay app to checkout.
