Unable to listen to eBay Open 2024 Sessions..

Unable to listen to eBay Open 2024 Sessions. It is now 3:25pm and I've missed ALL sessions so far.  I have tried everything.  Cleaning cookies.  rebooting PC.  Logging off and logging back on.  Tried opening eBay Open 2024 in BOTH Edge AND Google Chrome.  Neither one had sessions working.  Is there a problem on YOUR SIDE?  When will the replays be available?  Maybe I can at least listen to that!  I am so disappointed!

About me:  I am an eBay seller and will be re-opening my store soon.  Wanted to get the latest and greatest from eBay.  I have attended several eBay Opens.  Will tomorrow be the same way?   Please respond.

We are really sorry that you experienced these challenges today. 

For the best viewing experience, it is recommended that you join this event from Chrome or Firefox on desktop and disable VPN. If you experience any technical difficulties, you can reference this guide, search this troubleshooting directory, test your streaming setup, or contact RingCentral support.  

We have all of today's sessions available within the Replay tab within the event platform. On Friday  we will also post everything on our YouTube channel here.

I never had a problem with my Video stream quality.  Suddenly it's a problem.  Just want to say that other people had the same problem today.  I will try listening on my tablet.  I am able to view the replays.  Also, the first hour introducing the eBay Open was no problem as well.  But, Sessions, Social, and Networking was a problem.  The Social tab came up on the tablet.  I'm just confused.  I listen to eBay Open every year.  Last few on this computer.  No problem in the past.  Thank you for your help.

I also had a problem listening to the welcome and keynote on my laptop using Chrome. I tested the streaming set-up prior to the event just as instructed on the email. It worked fine and the volume was loud. The music and noises during all the commercials prior to  the event was plenty loud but as soon as the Welcome and Keynotes began the volume got very low. I tried rebooting and checked out my sound on other websites and there was no problem. Ebay advised me to contact Ring Central, Ring Central advised me to contact Windows. Y'all had me going in a big circle. Nothing helped and by that time I had missed a good hour of the presentations.   I don't have problems on Ring Central for other streaming events and the testing was okay so I can only assume it was something on Ebay's end. I tried to listen with the low volume but I missed too much of what they were saying. This is one of the problems with virtual Ebay Open conferences... tech issues.. ugh!. Ebay Open was so much more exciting and useful when it was held live in Vegas. The networking with folks from all over the world was priceless... and the clapping tunnel was icing on the cake. It made sellers feel appreciated and energized to go back home and ramp up for Q4. Now everything is a big struggle. I was hoping to get some helpful insight in figuring out why impressions have dropped by millons between this year and last. Paying for promoted listings should be increasing the impressions not reducing them. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the whole Ebay Open experience this year.
