Unable to list/sell anything, getting error message "its us not you"

Getting error message when trying to sell something or list from drafts on desktop, that server is down, and says "its us not you".

I just started getting errors when try to do anything...  Searches are lagging as well...

Even turning on ebay.com now throwing errors: It’s not you. It’s us.
