Unable to list products

I am a new seller on ebay. It's about my first listing. Whenever i try to list on Ebay Application, it says to list on website and then website again redirects me to the app whenever i click on LISTING THE ITEM.

How can i list the products.

Have you completed all the sign up procedures with your payment processor?  You are in Pakistan....and it may be Payoneer..........
