Unable to list because "Sell" page is not loading correctly

My computer was giving me the BSOD everytime I tried to list an item. I read online that I needed to uninstall HP Velocity software. I did that and haven't gotten he BSOD yet, however, I cannot list any items because the eday "Sell" page looks like the snip I attached. What do I need to do to fix this?

If you are still having this problem, here are some things I would try, roughly in order:

refresh the page

hard refresh (shift-refresh in most browsers)

restart the browser

explicitly sign out of eBay/sign back in

try another browser

If none of that helps, try another computer/laptop/tablet/phone app. If you have another account, try to sign in and see if that looks any different.

If the page looks better in another browser, go back to your original browser and delete cache and eBay cookies.
