Unable to get to shipping label page

I am unable toget to the shipping label page.

I have been receiveing the following for more than 12 hours:

Page Not Responding     The eBay page or feature you are attempting to access is not responding.
Please try the options below:

• Try to access the feature directly from the eBay Home Page, instead of using a bookmark.
• Wait a few minutes and try to access the feature again.

If you have waited ten to fifteen minutes and you still can't access your page:

• Check our Announcement Board to see if the feature is currently unavailable.

If what you are looking for is unavailable, you may still be able to access other parts of the site from the eBay Home page

I get a similar thing in Firefox 31 (which I prefer to use) since eBay switched me to the new label flow. And in Firefox 31, the "Go back to classic label printing" button is non-working. So, for me, the new label flow only works in Firefox 52, which I do not want to use.

What I did was create a Redirector addon rule to automatically switch me back to the classic label flow. Details on how to do that are here: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/Method-to-Automatically-Switch-Back-To-Classic-eBay-Label-FLow...

That approach requires installing the Redirector addon in a supported browser and inserting the rule I posted.


There is a manual way to get to the classic label page that is similar to the Redirector automated method, by restructuring the print label URLs, and I'm thinking about creating a simple bookmarklet to semi-automate that approach, but that will take some time.


Were you using the old, classic label flow up until this started occurring? (in other words, does it look like eBay switched you to the new label flow) Or were you already opted into the new label flow, and it began malfunctioning.

What browser, browser version, and operating system are you using?
