Unable to fix description!

Why is this an on going issue for so many? Hell I see the same issue with other eBay sellers going back two years ago. 

Is this a plot to get the sellers to take down their item and then repost? That's having to pay twice for the item listed!

Yours is the first I have seen with this issue. 
The only reason I know of where a seller can't revise a listing is because the seller sent offers to interested buyers.

I just had to come back to this post because of your statement of having to pay twice to list. 
I find that statement to be false since eBay gives sellers 250 listings with zero insertion fees. You have only 21 items listed. If you are paying to list you are either using pay per click promotion listings, one or more of listing upgrades or listing in two categories. None of those are free.
