Unable to edit compatibility chart

Having too many problems when creating or revising auto parts listing. When listing, I cannot remove the stock photo from ad.  Also, we need the ability to edit and change the compatibility chart. When I uncheck the prefill box, the compatibility chart completely dissapears.    Kind of a big problem.  Appreciate any help here.

We have been having the same issues. We have a lot of trouble just getting on the compatability charts themselves. They just go on an endless loop and never load. Ebay reps always say there is nothing wrong when obviously there is. You cannot sell your OEM products without the charts. EBAY NEEDS TO FIX THIS!!!  We are wasting a lot of valuable time.
