Unable to edit active listings or relist using seller hub templates, or new listings from catalog

Since 3.15.18 unable to edit active listings, relist using seller hub templates; or generate new auto parts listings using the product catalog.

In the case of new listings using seller hub / product catalog; the item desired is displayed. But when selected for listing, the message "looks like something's wrong. please try again" is displayed.

I've called ebay twice on this. Yesterday, the agent said it's a wide-spread, "priority one issue", and they're working on it.

Ebay folks... if you see this... you need to get the A-team people on this. I have new inventory to list and can't. I pay a lot of money each month in fees, and deserve a better experience.

Re: Unable to edit active listings or relist using seller hub templates, or new listings from catalo

Same problem, it started March 7th.  I have contacted EBAY and spoken with over 7 people.  Finally Francine figured it out, and it if you are using thh EBAY Motors compatiblity charts (even if using something like Auctiva), it blows up and erros out.  No way to use the compatibility chart/catalog.  It is some kind of problem with thier catalog.  and I suspect it is not just me but others who are getting killed right now.

Auctiva cannot even import the EBAY catalog.  Even if you try to create a new boring ad in EBAY, it blows up as soon as you try to enter the model number to load the compatibility chart.  Francine tried this several times.  The only way to have compatibilty is to build your own which can take hours per ad.

They have no solution as of today and it has been 11 days, although Francine and I did not this figure out the exact problem until around 3/14 or 3/15.  They said it was just my ads for some reason and was low priority.  But apparently others are seeing it as well.  If your ads end, you will be stuck unable to relist or list it again unless you do not use the catalog.  But EBAY gets upset if you don't use the catalog and nobody will find your stuff or will buy teh wrong item for thier vehicle.

THIS IS NOT GOOD.

They did give me 3 months of free store but I am losing thousands in sales, and they are losing EBAY fees!

Re: Unable to edit active listings or relist using seller hub templates, or new listings from catalo

We have had the same problem, some of my listings do not use the auto parts catalog. (window casement fasteners) we are down over 200 listings atm and losing more every day. We have called them 4 times now. was told on Wednesday " give them 3 days". really? nothing is fixed. we pay a lot too, I expect better service and expected better service. why constant changes? now it looks like the forums is going wonky, it wont post my reply?

Me too - getting killed by this exact issue. Can't revise or make new listings. After 5 or 10 calls, each rep says the problem is only me, but then one rep told me this issue has been going on for 2 weeks effecting the motors catalog. Come the F on ebay!
