I know I used to be able to do this without issue but for the last few months there have been issues that make managing promotions very awkward to say the least. I've tried this in Chrome as well as in Edge with similar results.
When copying an existing promotion (e.g. markdown sale) you cannot edit or even see the categories that were selected. There are no options for going to the next screen (2 Select) at all on the bottom of the screen. Further, even if you already knew what the categories were, you cannot see ,let alone change, the price range.
In essence copying is a futile activity and you are forced to start from scratch each time.
