returns.ebay.com took too long to respond.

Did you purchase the item on ebay.com, or another site? Make sure you are starting the return on the same site you used to make the original purchase.

Are you going through the Purchase History to start the return? There may be an alternative link that does not have the same problem, such as by going through the Resolution Center.

Yes I made the purchase through ebay. I am going through the purchase history to attempt to start the return. I tried it again this morning. Same issue.
I'll try the alternate link after work, I guess....
