Unable to complete Request for Return form due to Seller No-Return banner

Beware eBay Buyers - I am unable to return a defective item purchased on eBay (eBay Guaranteed Money Back policy) due to the Seller No-Return policy (large banner on Return form - "This seller does not accept returns for this item"). The "Continue return" button on the second page is greyed-out and unresponsive even after I fill in the text and add photo(s). It doesn't matter the reason, the form is unable to progress. Well within the 30-day return window. FYI - eBay item number:185456003350.

If you're having difficulty returning the item for a refund through MBG try filing a return through whatever payment method you choose when you made the purchase.

Was it something "authentic guarantee" which some have "no returns"? 

Otherwise, one can return something in 30 days regardless of what the seller states.

Now, if you returned too many items or did too many chargebacks then that is another story.
