Hi @dtexley3! I'm not sure why you had to wait before opening the Unpaid Item case. If the Unpaid Item Assistant was on then it could delay the process, though I don't see you have it turned on currently. I checked the case and see it shows you will be able to select 'No' and close the case later today. If you notice any other delays in opening an Unpaid Item case then please let me know!
