I’ve tried to cancel best offers on a number of things lately and no matter what I’ve tried to cancel I’m getting this message I’ve tried about 5 minutes after making an offer and after a couple of hours I’ve tried uninstalling the app and tried on a web browser with the same results I’ve had to message sellers to cancel and I’ve missed out because I thought the items were sold

Hi @jasonolga-1 . You're on the .com forum and your issue might be specific to the UK site. I suggest posting your question on community.ebay.co.uk
You can also report tech issues on the app by shaking your phone while the app is open which will bring up the tech report screen, and on the website there's usually a question mark on the lower right corner of each page where you can report an issue. On mobile web not sure if it's the question mark or a 3 dot menu in the top corner.
