Unable to apply to developer program (problem with phone field)

Hi,

I am trying to apply to the ebay developer program but their seems to be a problem with the phone field. Every time I start typing my mobile phone, it freezes the page and I need to refresh the page in order to start over.

I am using my company cell phone (canadian number).

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Same problem here.  As a developer, this is very disappointing.
