Are your payments on hold?

Did eBay ask you to verify your identity or reconfirm your payout method?

Are you set up for scheduled payouts or do you request them all manually?

Are you trying to request the payout through the app or the website?

It's impossible to help when no details are provided.

I noticed you're selling on eBay.co.uk - this is the .com discussion forum. You may want to post over on community.ebay.co.uk in case this is an issue specific to the UK site.

When a buyer has not paid within 96 hours, the seller needs to cancel, citing "buyer did not pay" as the reason.  Did you do that?

And, since you're located in the UK, perhaps you should ask the question there; however, I have a feeling that their procedure on UPIs is the same as it is here.
