Unable to add to cart, remove from cart or save for later only 4 items in cart

I currently have 4 items in my cart. They are all for Ebay shipping supplies store.

I was trying to decide what I wanted to get with my coupon. When I finally decided I went to delete the 2 I do not want. One item deleted. I went to delete the second item and the item I just deleted reappeared. So I continued with the delete of the second item and it disappeared. I went back to delete the 1st item I had already deleted and the 2nd item I deleted reappeared. This does not stop.

So I figured I would wait a couple of days must be a glitch. I went to add an item I was watching to my cart

and it will not go into my cart. Nothing can be added or deleted in my cart. As I said there are only 4 items in my cart and all are eBay shipping supplies shop items.

MAKES IT HARD TO BUY ITEMS when cannot add to cart or delete items that you do not want before you purchase.

Check your purchase history to make sure you have not committed to purchasing any of the items.

Try signing out of eBay and then signing back in.

Instead of deleting the items, try to "Save for later" first instead. If the item moves to the "Saved for later" list, you may be able to delete it from there. If you have many items on that list, try deleting some of them.

Try using another browser, or the app if you have it. Using the app, items can be deleted from the cart by swiping left or "Saved for later" by swiping right.

If your cart is not working correctly, you should still be able to purchase items directly from the item page without using the cart, or by using the "pay only this seller" option in the cart.

I tried doing everything you already suggested.

I do not want to just buy directly because combined shipping will not calculate.

On ebay shipping supplies my coupon is for $50.00.

I do not want to spend more than the $50.00.

Different country sites have their own carts/baskets -- would your coupon still be valid if you checked out using ebay.ca instead of ebay.com?

I do not think you are reading what I am saying.

I put 4 items into my cart trying to decide which I wanted to get.

The four items total almost $100.00.

My supply coupon from ebay is for $50.00.

After taking inventory on what I had I selected the 2 items I wanted.

I cannot delete the other 2 items. I delete 1 and then when I delete the other the

item I just deleted comes back into my cart.

BIG PROBLEM!!!! I do not want to spend $100.00 when my coupon is for $50.00.

I know ebay supplies have "FREE" shipping.

SECOND I item I mentioned is that I am unable to add items to my cart.

You said I can select the "Buy it now". That does not work because I will not have the combined shipping discount.

THERE ARE SEVERAL ISSUES HERE!!!!!

I agree, there are several issues.........  but you said:

I'm saying that shipping is free, so the combined shipping is NOT a problem...

Also, there are 2 places you can remove items....... once when you "go to cart", second when you go to checkout (the remove is in blue)..... have you tried both?

Combined shipping is a problem when the seller for the ribbon I want to buy from

( but cannot put in my cart ) offers combined shipping but it must be all purchased at the same time.

I said I am not able to add items to my cart. I am not referring to eBay shipping supplies purchase when I say combined shipping. I am not able to add items I want to my cart so therefore combined shipping will not calculate.

Lost sales for eBay and forces me to go to Etsy to buy from the seller of the ribbon I want.

No I am not able to remove any items no matter what I do.

Have you tried checking out using eBay Canada?

If you are unable to add or remove items from your cart, you will likely have to contact eBay directly to see if they can empty your cart for you.

Also if you are using internet explorer try using edge or chrome as support for IE is being dropped my MS.
