I hope this message finds you well. I've been experiencing a technical issue lately while trying to upload images to my eBay listings, and I was wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar problem or might have a solution.
The problem arises when I attempt to add product images to my listings. After selecting the files from my computer and clicking the "Upload" button, the process seems to start, but then it either takes an exceptionally long time to complete or fails altogether. I've tried using different browsers, clearing my cache, and even resizing the images, but the issue persists.
Here are a few additional details that might help in troubleshooting:
Browser and Version: I've tested this on both Google Chrome (version 99.0.4844.51) and Mozilla Firefox (version 98.0.2), and the problem occurs on both browsers.
Internet Connection: My internet connection is stable, and I've successfully uploaded images to other platforms without any issues.
File Formats and Sizes: I've tried uploading images in various formats (JPEG, PNG) and sizes (ranging from 100 KB to 2 MB), but the problem persists regardless of the file characteristics.
Error Messages: Sometimes, the upload simply takes an unusually long time without completing, and other times, I receive a generic error message like "Image upload failed. Please try again."
Listing Creation Steps: This issue occurs consistently during the image upload step when creating a new listing. All other steps in the listing creation process seem to work fine.
I've searched through eBay's help resources and community forums, but I couldn't find a similar issue reported. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem, and if so, were you able to find a solution? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Same here. Can't upload most Sundays from about 11 am est onward. It uploads thumbnails but won't edit photos. I don't have these problems on other sites, though some can be slow at peak times. The internet it just broken.
