I changed my email address several months ago &, since I haven't done any business with eBay until today, I didn't attempt to update my email address until earlier today. Unfortunately every attempt to change it has failed. Since I have trouble seeing I use large text so the word "edit" & its link may have been off-screen but when using smaller text & picking the "edit" link my new password still wouldn't appear after I typed & tried to Edi it. Some of the time I got a message stating there was a problem & to try again later (which did no good either.) And trying to get online or telephone assistance or support is both difficult & time consuming besides ineffective. Please help! Thanks in advance!
