Apologize for the lengthy message. I am hoping maybe eBay will read all the details here versus me relying on support to relay the issues in full to technical support.
Ongoing issue for past 6-8 weeks. Originally the issue was sporadic, now the errors are consistent creating a significant bottleneck in listing items. After looking through the forum comments, I see I am not the only one experiencing this same issue, yet eBay support acts otherwise. I have reached out to eBay 3 times, including today.
After creating a listing and using the “save for later” option at the bottom of the listing page, the middle of the screen goes white. In the spaces where the listing details once were, boxes that are grey with moving gradient patterns appear. Eventually it times out and the first error message presents itself, “We’ve Looked Everywhere”. When I attempt to refresh the page or attempt to open a second window the second error message appears, “Where’s all the stuff?” Once this happens, I am unable to access eBay for an hour or longer. When I am finally able to access eBay again, I must restart the same listing as it never saved. At times, the same listing can take 3-4 attempts before it saves and doesn’t present an error.
After much trial and error, I have determined that once the save listing process fails, if I clear my cookies, cache, browsing history and restart my computer I can then re-open eBay. Of course, I have to sign back into ebay as I cleared the cache. This work around keeps me from waiting an hour or longer for the issue to resolve itself but is less than ideal. Unfortunately, it’s only a matter of luck if I can get a listing or two saved before the issue presents itself again and I am back to clearing cookies, caches, browsing history and restarting my computer.
Here is a list of all the things I have done to trouble shoot the issue on my end.
eBay support had me see if I could create a listing on my iphone. I personally have never used my phone to create listings….that was painful! In the end, he said because I was able to save the listing using my phone with no issue (I did one listing) that the issue is on my end and not eBay’s. He said he was 100% certain that if I wiped the computer I had or bought a new one eBay would work just fine.
What am I missing???

I think the only answer is for people to stop using eBay for a while. This will cost the company many thousands of $$$$s and they might then sort the problem. My suggestion is that all users with this problem should put their eBay account into holiday mode for the whole of August. If we all message our buyers and sellers with a standard message to go to holiday mode from 1st August - also ask them to copy and repost the message. eBay might then get this sorted out.

And it's STILL happening, managed to list three items over three days. It's very troublesome having to use two different devices and operating systems (pc>Windows, cell>Android) to list items. And it's not specifically a Chrome or extension issue as I do not use Chrome and no extensions...

Well, everything suddenly was going fine! Listed a few items with no issue! Yah!
And suddenly it's back again. The we looked everywhere error and the same
old blank screen and this is a pain in the butt...

And it's back, get to list one item, no issues. Second item? 15 (fifthteen) attempts and still it will not list it, keep getting " we looked everywhere" page error. This SUCKS!
