I noticed on Thursday June 19th that revisions to my listing descriptions were not working so I contacted eBay and opened a ticket...
I am able to revise everything else in a listing (title, quantity, price, item specifics, etc.) but I am being blocked from revising any listing descriptions.
I have run many tests over the last few days and have found that the blocking is only occurring while making revisions from my home computers (where I do most all of my work) as I am able to revise item descriptions from my work computers.
Are any other users being blocked from making revisions to listings?
I do not know how or why my IP address / computers from home (tested on different computers, operating systems, browsers - after full cookie / cache cleanings) are being blocked from making any revisions to my listing descriptions... but I know eBay has been experiencing quite a few technical issues the last few days.
Please eBay escalate this matter to the appropriate department to resolve this issue...
