Unable to Print International Shipping Label

Cannot print  "Ebay International Standard Delivery" Ebay Shipping labels today.  Another user posted same problem in the "Shipping" forum.

I'm trying to ship a package via eBay international standard delivery and keep getting an error message:

"Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label."

This has happened to me so many times in the last 2 months. Every time I call them they say that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. Well it has been at least 2 months and same story every time. I have spent countless hours dealing with this! I've had to purchase labels through USPS which costs more and then have ebay credit me the difference but that alone could take an additional 3-5 days.  It is so frustrating because the buyer has paid and I can't ship. One even threatened to report me for not shipping. This lasted almost 2 weeks and we finally had to cancel the order. It's not fair to the customer either because sometimes it could take an addition 2-3 days for them to get a refund. I'm just over it!!! So much stress lately with shipping!!

If you can see the label and associated paper work, try saving it as a document then print from there. Does not matter where it is printed from as long as label is only used one time. You may still have to load the tracking information. You can pay for labels with Pay-Pal on USPS  so should not prevent you from shipping on time if there is an issue.
