Seems I am unable to log into my selling account. Tried from 2 different computers and no luck. Got into my purchasing account though. Got in it seemed using mobile but could not print label.
What happens when you try to sign in? What error message do you see?
If it is "password does not match", can you sign in if you reset your password?
If you are unable to sign in using any browser or any link or using the app, you should at least consider the possibility that your account has been hacked and your password has actually been changed.
