Unable to List or Relist anything

For 2 days I have been trying to list items and relist items but keep receiving this message on everything. I've been selling these item for years!  Beads, earrings, jewelry and now I get messages like this on everything I do.  I called eBay and someone was suppose to get back to me but never did.  So frustrated.

It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

Have you tried the usual... cleared your browser history, tried another browser?  

What platform are using?  Windows?  App?  Browser version?

Finally received an answer.  It was because I had the word FREE in my listing.  I send a free gift with every purchase and I put that in the description and they said I had to remove the word FREE.  So now it say gift with purchase.  I am now able to list.
